These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novabet88 platform, operated under the domain novabet88.cam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Novabet88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

This Agreement applies to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Novabet88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Novabet88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Novabet88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will conduct identity verification accordingly.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be, and have not previously been, subject to a self-exclusion order on the Novabet88 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Novabet88 or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Novabet88 Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including:

• Full legal name (as per your Malaysian IC or passport)
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Contact number
• Preferred currency (MYR)

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Novabet88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any activity conducted on your account is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

Novabet88 is required to conduct identity and age verification for all Members as part of our compliance obligations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.

5.1 Verification Documents

Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement from your e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, etc.) or bank account used for deposits

5.2 Verification Timeframe

KYC documents submitted by Members will be reviewed within 1–3 business days. Novabet88 may request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, Novabet88 reserves the right to require an alternative method following KYC verification. Novabet88 does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party network fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory security review. Withdrawals for accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Novabet88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount awarded, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Novabet88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotional offer. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Novabet88 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other Members to exploit promotional terms, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any associated winnings voided.

All bets placed on the Novabet88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a reference number has been issued by the Platform.
• Novabet88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects abuse, technical error, or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction, Novabet88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts.
• For live in-play betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC), bets are only accepted up until the point that the relevant in-play market is suspended. Bets placed after this point will be voided.
• Novabet88 will publish odds in decimal format by default. Members may have the option to switch to fractional or alternative formats within their account settings.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market as published on the Platform.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Novabet88 Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and notification of relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair outcome.
• Using another Member's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform for any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems, source code, or security infrastructure.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.

All content on the Novabet88 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Novabet88 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any content from the Novabet88 Platform without prior written consent from Novabet88.

Novabet88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or transferred to any unauthorised third party. Novabet88 applies internationally recognised data protection standards to all personal information held on our systems.

Novabet88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We provide the following tools to assist Members in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their accounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary restriction of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novabet88's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.

Novabet88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising, even if Novabet88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Novabet88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

Novabet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, at its sole and absolute discretion, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• The Member's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Novabet88 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, Novabet88 may withhold all funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, Novabet88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including both real money and bonus funds.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method following KYC verification, provided no outstanding breaches are identified.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Novabet88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to Novabet88's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority. Novabet88's decision regarding all game and betting disputes will be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.

For the avoidance of doubt, Novabet88 does not operate under Malaysian law and is not subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Players accept these Terms on that basis.

Novabet88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Novabet88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Novabet88 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
